The Royal Air Forces Association (also know as the RAF Association or RAFA) was established in 1943. It is a charitable organisation that provides care and support to serving and retired members of the commonwealth’s Royal Air Forces.

A branch was formed in Stornoway in 1998 and produced a newsletter for its membership three or four times a year.
